Privacy Policy
Effective July 1, 2026. These terms are the binding public policies of BizBionic, Inc.. Product controls (consent gates, STOP/HELP, attempt-based billing) are as implemented on the Services; tools do not constitute legal advice for Customer’s own compliance program.
This Privacy Policy explains how BizBionic, Inc. (“BizBionic,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and retains personal data when you use our websites, application, API, and related services (the “Services”).
1. Who we are
BizBionic, Inc. is a Wyoming corporation. Principal place of business: 1065 Bryce Lane, West Melbourne, FL 32904. Registered agent: Registered Agent Inc, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.

2. Roles
- Account / site data (email, auth IDs, billing contacts): BizBionic is typically a controller.
- Customer Content (contacts, message bodies, consent records you store): BizBionic is typically a processor under our DPA, processing on your instructions.
- Your own privacy policy and SMS program terms apply to your End Users — not this Policy.
3. Categories of data
- Account & authentication: email, name, OAuth identity, session identifiers, tenant membership, API key hashes and prefixes (not full plaintext keys).
- Billing: Stripe customer IDs, payment method metadata held by Stripe, invoices, wallet history.
- Customer Content: contact phone numbers (E.164; may be stored in cleartext for delivery), optional names, consent fields, message content, campaign metadata, opt-out events.
- Communications metadata: provider message IDs, delivery status codes, timestamps, segment counts, cost ledger entries.
- Usage & security: API/surface usage, error codes, IP addresses for auth and rate limits, admin audit logs.
4. Purposes
We use data to provide the Services, authenticate users, process billing, enforce consent/STOP gates, deliver messages via upstream connectivity providers, prevent fraud/abuse, improve reliability, and comply with law.
5. Sharing
We share data with subprocessors (see Subprocessors), upstream messaging providers you use through the platform, Stripe for payments, and as required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information for money.
6. Retention
Operational contact rows may be deleted by you; consent events, opt-out events, and message logs may be retained longer for legal, billing, and carrier-audit purposes as described in our compliance retention policy. Contact delete is not full erasure of all phone-related legal records.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures including TLS in transit, tenant-scoped queries, hashed API keys, and webhook signature verification. See Security.
8. Your rights
Where applicable law provides, you may request access, correction, or deletion of account data by emailing privacy@bizbionic.com. End User requests about Customer Content should go to the Customer (controller).
9. International and US-first scope
Day-1 product focus is the United States (TCPA, CTIA best practices, 10DLC tooling). We do not claim full GDPR product guarantees unless separately offered.
