Acceptable Use Policy

Effective July 1, 2026. These terms are the binding public policies of BizBionic, Inc.. Product controls (consent gates, STOP/HELP, attempt-based billing) are as implemented on the Services; tools do not constitute legal advice for Customer’s own compliance program.

This AUP applies to all use of BizBionic Services by Customers, End Users, agents, and partner child tenants. Violations may result in investigation, suspension, termination, and reports to carriers or authorities.

Prohibited activities

1. Illegal use of any kind.
2. Fraud, phishing, social engineering, or spoofing origin/identity.
3. Security abuse: unauthorized access, credential stuffing, scanning other tenants, DoS, malware.
4. Bypassing platform controls (rate limits, consent gates, quiet hours, credit holds, Trust Setup, partner pause).
5. Interference with Services or other customers.
6. Resale of connectivity as a carrier product without a Partner MSA.
7. Misrepresentation of affiliation with BizBionic or upstream providers.
8. Use of purchased or rented lists without valid consent (also Messaging Policy).
9. Abuse of starter/promotional credits or payment fraud.
10. High-risk regulated content without proper authorization (see Messaging Policy).
