Effective July 1, 2026. These terms are the binding public policies of BizBionic, Inc.. Product controls (consent gates, STOP/HELP, attempt-based billing) are as implemented on the Services; tools do not constitute legal advice for Customer’s own compliance program.

- Multi-tenant isolation: product queries scoped by tenant_id.
- Human auth via Neon Managed Auth; agent auth via hashed
bb_*API keys. - Webhook verification for messaging provider and Stripe.
- TLS in transit; provider encryption at rest.
- PII logging policy: mask phones; do not log message bodies or names in operational logs.
- Credits serialized via Durable Objects; no ad-hoc balance mutation outside the credit path.
