Billing Terms

Effective July 1, 2026. These terms are the binding public policies of BizBionic, Inc.. Product controls (consent gates, STOP/HELP, attempt-based billing) are as implemented on the Services; tools do not constitute legal advice for Customer’s own compliance program.

These Billing Terms describe prepaid wallet funding and attempt-based SMS charging for BizBionic, Inc..

1. Two money planes

Funding — Stripe Checkout, subscriptions, invoices, portal, partner/ops grants where enabled.
Usage — Debits from the BizBionic wallet when the messaging network accepts a send.

2. When SMS is charged

3. Starter credits (honest amounts)

Self-serve signup (agent.signup / typical login bootstrap path): promotional starter balance of 100 credit units (ledger units as configured in product).
Agent provision (agent.provision and similar automated provision paths): may grant a larger starter balance (e.g. 1000 units) for agent onboarding.
Starter credits are non-transferable, may expire, have no cash value, and are not a bank deposit.

4. Estimates and rates

Preflight cost estimates are estimates, not firm quotes. Segment counts and plan rates may affect charges.

5. Refunds

Default: no refund of unused wallet credits except as required by law or written exception. No auto-refund for unreachable after accept. Ops goodwill credits are discretionary.
