Messaging Policy

This Policy sets SMS/MMS requirements so traffic is wanted, lawful, and carrier-acceptable. Customer is the sender of record and owns content, consent, and brand registration.

1. Platform role

BizBionic provides tools (consent fields, STOP/HELP handling, quiet hours, Trust Setup, preflight). Tools are not legal advice and do not guarantee carrier approval or TCPA compliance.

2. Consent

3. Opt-out (STOP) and HELP

4. Frequency

Platform enforces per-contact marketing rate limits of approximately 4 messages per hour and 8 per day (stricter than some upstream AUP outer bounds). Essential intents (e.g. OTP) use higher limits. Customer remains responsible for program frequency disclosures.

5. Quiet hours

Non-essential intents may be blocked in the tenant quiet window (default 21:00–08:00 recipient-local) and selected US state windows (including California and other listed states). Customer owns compliance with additional state laws. Do not assume full 50-state legal coverage.

6. Content and registration

Identify the brand; no deceptive content. 10DLC privacy/terms URLs must be Customer’s live policies. Prohibited content includes illegal offers, phishing, SHAFT categories per carrier rules, and similar high-risk traffic. Registration approval is not guaranteed.

7. Delivery

No guarantee of handset delivery. Carriers may filter. Fees follow network accept per Billing Terms.
